WOMBAT

So for months I've wanted to get more involved with the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA), so what better way to jump in than to offer to do a case study at the upcoming conference in San Francisco?

Join me there to hear about what we're doing in Xbox to make sure we're staying close to our best customers.  I'll present a case study about the thinking behind the big launch party we did (Zero Hour), and talk a bit about the Online Community team I lead.

I think we're doing some really innovative, yet obvious (at least to me) things.  I have a strong position of always being genuine, and to try to make things as organic as possible.  Nothing kills good community participation better than talking "to" customers instead of talking "with" them.

That sounds like a really interesting conference. I wish I was able to make it there but San Fran is quite far from North Carolina. Will some of the info be available online at a later date?

Word of mouth is what drives my website traffic.
Im not the greatest webdesigner, so my site is not very well
optimized for search engines. But just community word of mouth,
brings in some extreme amounts of visits. Nearly 90% of my traffic
comes from the hundreds of forums and message boards online.

Hi friends,

Its really great stuff!!, Actually Motorola introduced the six sigma and now all the major fields following these six categories to improve their knowledge. I am excited to surf through the link provided. The analysis of the underlying cause of defects and their individual effects on specific customer requirements, using several tools to dig deep a process would be in much ease. You can also surf through.

Thanks

Much has been discussed about Identity Theft, user ID's and Passwords stolen or hacked, credit cards being used without the owners knowledge and so on. Now there is a safe way of protecting your passwords and identity online from being copied, stolen and hacked by keyboard trojans, using your biometric fingerprint and face recognition, and even voice, to log on to web sites. By simply scanning your finger or face or voice you can log on to a web site, log on to your computer, and even encrypt files and folders. No more worrying about who might hack into your online accounts or even your email. No more remembering passwords or using the same passwords on many sites. This is an exciting new innovation from myBiodentity and they have about fourteen products that are enabled with biometrics including email encryption, password manager, virtual disk, and many more.
