Employees speak for their companies all
the time in life. They talk to families,
friends, bowling team mates, mason lodge
brothers, the list goes on and on. The
lack of a trackable record is the only
difference.

Why would a company be afraid of an opinion?
Whether expressed on a blog or at the next
meeting of the Water Buffalo's AH-OOOO-GA!
